Expert Solutions for Modern Software Challenges
Cloud skills, security know-how, and product builds - for systems that last.
Technical Advisory
Not every project needs a full build. Sometimes you just need a skilled engineer to review your setup, check your approach, or help you dodge costly mistakes. Focused advice for startups and growing teams who want to build on solid ground.
- Architecture reviews and AWS Well-Architected checks
- Cloud cost savings without losing reliability
- Startup guidance - from zero to scalable
- Health checks and clear improvement plans
- Fractional CTO support for early-stage teams

Cloud, Security & Infrastructure
Cloud systems with security built in from day one. From code-based setups to safe deployments - systems that are tough, easy to monitor, and cost-smart.
- Cloud-native architecture design (AWS, Azure)
- Infrastructure-as-code with Terraform and CloudFormation
- Kubernetes, containers, and serverless architectures
- Secure-by-design patterns and CI/CD pipelines
- Scaling, cost control, and monitoring

End-to-End Product Development
A partner through the full product journey. From design and build through testing and launch to handover. Systems built so small teams can keep them running.
- Full-stack development (React, TypeScript, Node.js, .NET/C#)
- API design and microservices architecture
- Database design and optimization
- CI/CD pipeline implementation
- Performance optimization and testing

AI Agents & Applied LLM Systems
Most 'AI' projects fail in production because nobody bounded them. I build AI agents and agentic workflows the way a platform engineer would: retrieval-augmented generation grounded in your real data, multi-step orchestration, strict output schemas, evaluation harnesses, and cost and safety guardrails at every step. I run the cheap deterministic check first and only reach for an LLM when it genuinely earns its place. This is also how I work day to day - I build the agents, skills, and evals that write and accelerate development, so your project ships faster and better-tested. Proven in production: the PawsomeChoice pipeline orchestrates 40,000+ products through retrieval, scoring, generation, and publishing on AWS Bedrock with pgvector similarity search on Amazon RDS.
- AI agents and multi-step agentic workflow orchestration
- Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) with vector search
- Evaluation harnesses, guardrails, and output validation
- AI-accelerated delivery - custom agents, skills, and evals
- Cost, latency, and safety controls on AWS Bedrock / Azure
- Human-in-the-loop approval gates and dry-run-first design

Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers on AI agents, fractional CTO work, cloud platforms, and how engagements run.
Do you build AI agents and agentic workflows?
Yes. I build production AI agents, agentic workflows, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems — with the evaluation, guardrail, and observability discipline of a platform engineer. A working example is the PawsomeChoice content pipeline: an orchestrated, multi-step workflow on AWS Bedrock with pgvector similarity search on Amazon RDS that retrieves products, scores them, and generates and publishes articles, with retries and cost controls at each stage.
When should a business NOT use an AI agent?
Most of the time. If a task is deterministic, an LLM adds cost, latency, and a failure mode you have to defend against. I run the cheap deterministic check first and only reach for an agent when language understanding or open-ended reasoning is genuinely required — and even then, bounded by evals, a strict output schema, and a per-run budget cap. Knowing where the line is is the value.
What is a fractional CTO and how does it work?
A fractional CTO is a senior technical leader you engage part-time — typically a few days a month — instead of hiring a full-time CTO. For early-stage teams I cover architecture decisions, cloud and security setup, hiring input, and a clear technical roadmap, so founders get senior judgment without a full-time salary or equity grant.
What cloud platforms do you work with?
I specialize in AWS and Azure, including multi-account strategies, landing zones, infrastructure as code with Terraform and CloudFormation, Kubernetes, serverless architectures, and cloud migrations.
Do you work with clients outside Sweden?
Yes. I work remotely with clients across the EU, the UK, and the US. Engagements run end-to-end over video and shared tooling, the same way the work is delivered for existing clients in Switzerland and the United States.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
Yes, I provide ongoing maintenance and support for systems I build, including security patches, performance optimization, dependency updates, and feature development.
What is your typical engagement model?
I work directly with clients as a founder-led consultancy — no handoffs to junior developers. Engagements are usually one of three shapes: a fractional-CTO / advisory retainer, a fixed-scope build or sprint, or a one-off architecture review. You get senior-level expertise throughout, from architecture to deployment.
