A price comparison site for dog owners in Sweden. 40,000+ products, AI-powered search, and auto-generated content. Built and run by one person, showing what smart design and AI can do.

The Challenge

As a Boston Terrier owner, I wanted to find the right products without landing on paid blog posts or biased reviews. Every search led to sponsored content instead of honest, data-based advice. I also wanted to test how AI works in real projects.

Our Solution

I built PawsomeChoice to solve my own problem. It pulls dog products from 16+ Swedish stores and shows pure data without bias. All products are cleaned and indexed for smart AI search that finds what you actually need. Ratings from many sources are combined in one place, so you don't have to check multiple sites.

National Forestry Reporting Pipeline

Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Water Management and Forestry of Bosnia and Herzegovina

A data pipeline that lets forestry groups across Bosnia & Herzegovina submit harvest and forest data in one format. It turns Excel files into standard XML for national reports in Power BI.

The Challenge

The ministry had an old system built on outdated tech. The source code was a mess - no owner, no upkeep for years. The admin just kept the server running. Forestry groups used Excel but had to submit data as XML following strict rules.

Our Solution

I built a standalone module that works on its own and plugs into the old portal. Users fill in Excel templates they know. The system checks the data, converts it to XML, and sends it to the central database. The old system stayed stable while new reports became possible.

Information System for Forestry Management

15+ Years in Production

A full web app for forest management. It collects field data, calculates yearly timber growth, and creates detailed forest management reports.

The Challenge

Forest groups needed one system for the whole workflow: field data entry, inventory tracking, logging records, land management, and private forest surveys. It had to serve many users, from government to public companies.

Our Solution

I built a system with focused modules: state forest data processing, logging records and tracking, land management for harvest planning, and private forest surveys. The system creates over 300 reports covering all parts of forest management.

Live Forestry Reporting on Interactive Web Maps

Click-on-Map Reporting for Forestry Organizations

A browser-based map portal that links forest areas to live reports. Click a spot on the map and see the latest data right away. No more moving files between map tools and report systems.

The Challenge

Forestry groups used two systems that did not talk to each other: one for reports and one for maps. Getting data between them meant exporting to Excel, importing into the map tool, and checking it all by hand. It worked, but it was too slow.

Our Solution

I built an online map portal where map shapes link straight to the report system. Users pick a base map, click any area, and see live reports for that spot right away. The map became the reporting tool - not a separate step.

Swiss Construction Company

A multilingual website for a Swiss construction firm. It replaced a broken old site with a fast, polished presence in German, English, and Italian.

The Challenge

Their old agency made a buggy site and refused to fix it. Switzerland needs content in German, English, and Italian, but the site only had broken German pages. It was very slow with almost no visitors. They needed a clean way to show their many services in every language.

Our Solution

I built a brand-new site tuned for the Swiss market. It scores a perfect 100/100 on Google PageSpeed. I set up full SEO, AEO, and GEO so search engines and AI tools can find every page. All services are shown in a clean, organized layout.

A full digital makeover for a US home remodeling company. They did great work but had no online presence to show it.

The Challenge

They did top-notch remodeling but only got clients by word of mouth. Their old site was broken and ugly. They had zero Google presence and no way for customers to leave reviews or find them online.

Our Solution

I built a modern, SEO-friendly site using the latest Google standards. I set up their Google Business Profile and linked it to the site. I added a review system and made their BBB badge easy to spot. I also gave tips on social media to grow their reach.
